In these terms and conditions the term ‘ BlinkXMedia Digital Marketing service Provider’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Lucknow, 206001. This policy governs ‘BlinkXMedia’ relationship with you in relation to this website.

Confirmation of Service Agreement: 

Confirmation of this service agreement is subjected to BlinkXMedia’s receiving the service fee payment.

Cancellations & Transfers: 

Cancellations and Transfers shall be made in writing to BlinkXMedia. If clients fail to utilize the service, all fees will be forfeited.
All remittance and banking charges should be borne by the sender/clients.
All payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. In case the payment is made via Cheque or DD, it must be paid at least 3 days before service commencement, failing which BlinkXMedia reserves the right to cancel or postpone the service commencement date.
Payment once made cannot be processed under charge back or stop cheque or any cancellation method in any mode of payment. In such cases, this document can be presented to respective authorities as purchase proof. Any such processing shall be made in writing to BlinkXMedia.
Fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
BlinkXMedia reserves the right to alter the timings, dates & duration of the service delivery.
BlinkXMedia reserves the right to alter the service content at any time without liability.
We provide various digital marketing services with the following charges:

• Basic SEO: INR 5000

• Premium SEO: INR 10,000

• Standard SEO: INR 20,000 Placement assistance is not a compulsion, it’s an add-on service from BlinkXMedia. Work from home opportunities will only be provided as per the requirements from our placement partners. You agree to provide your authentic and correct personal information. BlinkXMedia reserves the right (not obligatory) to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point in time. If, upon confirmation, your details are not found to be true (wholly or partly), BlinkXMedia has the right in its sole discretion to cancel your service agreement. You agree not to dispute BlinkXMedia’s decision regarding cancellation. BlinkXMedia will provide the service only if there are sufficient clients. In case of non-sufficient clients, the current clients’ services might be postponed or merged with another batch of clients, at the sole discretion of BlinkXMedia. Taking pictures of the service environment and any type of recording (audio or video) during the service session is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found doing so, BlinkXMedia has the right in its sole discretion to cancel your service agreement. You agree not to dispute BlinkXMedia’s decision regarding cancellation. If any client is found creating nuisance during the service delivery or spoiling the company’s image on any online platform, BlinkXMedia has the right in its sole discretion to cancel your service agreement. You agree not to dispute BlinkXMedia’s decision regarding cancellation. You are required to carry your own laptop during service-related sessions. Failure to do so will affect your service experience and BlinkXMedia will not be responsible for the same. Further, we do not issue laptops to clients under any circumstances.
